Obama didn't clinch with pledged delegates. Yet Hillary conceded on 6/8. And with a 60 delegate lead

If it was pledged delegates it would say majority of pledged delegates in the DNC rules.

The only way Hillary can win the nomination is with the assistance of super delegates, who wont be voting until late July. Them's the rules.
