I've been working head-down all day.

So, I haven't checked the news about the primaries. Is it over yet? Did those states holding primaries today cancel the voting? If not, then I suppose the votes will be counted and we'll have an updated total of pledged delegates by tomorrow morning. I think I'll check first thing at:

http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P16/D

Betcha that Hillary will have a nice margin over the majority of pledged delegates when I check. Let's see...a prediction of the actual number? OK, here's mine:

She'll have 2116 pledged delegates tomorrow morning. A majority is 2026. That's my prediction, based on what I expect from today's primaries.

Anyone else want to post a prediction. It could be like a pool. First prize will be the first woman in the White House next January.

She's 3 million voters ahead before today. No one realistically expects Bernie to surpass that. This is unfolding as it should. The voters choose.

MineralMan, I predict I win first prize regardless of the numbers, but I'll guess she gets 2125 delegates because I like the number. Very cerebral.

than Sanders don't see real, significant difference between him and Hillary? There's good reason for that. I don't support him because I worry about his electibility and what I see as dysfunctional extremist tendencies in his personality. His avowed goals are essentially the same as mine, however, just fewer of them.

Fwiw, I think statements like yours are very silly and that long before now people who make them should have clued in to the candidates' strong similarities.

$100 million gained after Bill left office...while she was Sec. Of State

Tens of thousands of emails missing..aides pleading the 5th..even when they have immunity

Lie after lie exposed

And all those being deposed having the same attorney (very stupid ...by the way)

Bernie in politics overy 39 years.. Arrested for demonstrating protesting..multiple times

He vited against what she has voted for

Her on board Monsanto..Walmart..for Fracking

And Bernie against all of that

And you have the gall to say that is little difference?

REALLY!

we hold presidential elections every four years so people can whomp up partisan hates and sling mud?

Yes, I do have the guts to face the truth, the pride to be offended when I am lied to, and the ability recognize that on policy they are really in fact quite similar. How to get there and how far they can go is where they differ.

Bernie's entire campaign is based on the lie that only he can save America, when in fact Democrats all across America have been busy doing, trying to do, and planning to do what he says he will, and in Congress at least usually with very modest, if any, help from him.

Those of Bernie's voters who genuinely care about his issues, only a minority of them according to studies, are generally glad Hillary was their fallback choice because she plans to address the same issues for the same reasons.

easily pass 2026, and therefore have the majority of possible pledged delegates, as well as adding a nice chunk to her combined totals to reinforce her clinching the nomination.
