She made a speech the final night of voting where she said she was going to continue to fight on as she felt she was the stronger candidate. But after several meetings with DNC and Obama she finally dropped out 4 days after the last vote was cast. So why is it different in 2008? do hold her to special rules because she is a women?

Posting court documents from the criminal investigations of Hillary without comment -- yes? no?

Posting news stories from reputable sources -- yes? no?

If you live in a world where Hillary's own known history is something not flattering, then everything is "tearing her down."

"Now, I'm not a mind reader and I can't know for certain what everyone's intentions are. But I think that if the criticism is coming from a place of "wanting her to succeed" then that will be reflected in the tone and substance of the post. If the criticism is coming from a place of "wanting to tear her down" then that will be reflected in the tone and substance of the post. If you are here on DU then you are supposed to be supporting the Democratic nominee against the Republican nominee in the general election -- it shouldn't be very hard to write a post in a way that sounds like it. "

If you bring up the email investigation, Goldman Sachs, or any other anti-Clinton meme, you are tearing her down.

The corollary exists only in your mind. If you insist that Clinton should be held to a different standard than Obama in the same situation, you might want to think about why.

It was widely recognized as a monumental, historic achievement, especially coming immediately after the nation's first black president. The Republican Party's last two presidential nominees have also been historic choices, giving the nod first to a Mormon in 2012 and this year to an actual caveman.

But, you're free to deny if you wish. No skin off my nose. I'm just sharing my opinions. Time will tell if I'm correct, or if you're being completely honest. Besides, none of this matters much anyway. It's just a bunch of silly sparring on an entertaining political web site. This back-and-forth isn't going to change anything.
