4. No, Hillary does not need +15% of the pledged delegates. Could you please provide a link

to the rule in the DNC where a candidate needs 2026 plus 15% of pledged delegates. No you will not find this, because the DNC rules are 2383 in combination of pledged and or super delegates. This is not a premature victory, she does have over 2383 delegates, try another one, this does not fly here. Give the truthful rule.
