to the rule in the DNC where a candidate needs 2026 plus 15% of pledged delegates. No you will not find this, because the DNC rules are 2383 in combination of pledged and or super delegates. This is not a premature victory, she does have over 2383 delegates, try another one, this does not fly here. Give the truthful rule.

who writes something which is not true is not a very good investigative journalist. If this is his article then I do not have to believe something which simply is not true or reasonable. I did not use his article for my OP.

the leg work, I know what the rule is, apparently Parry has listened to the Sanders campaign, Sanders signed on to follow the rules. BTW, Hillary will have more than 2026 pledged delegates tonight, not a problem.
