Polls in CA are closed; he's always been happy to speak before all the votes were tallied in other States.

At that point he would have made his case about the convention and flipping super delegates.

I think it's safe to say he won't be giving that speech after getting walloped here, there and everywhere.

It'll only be 10 PM in CA, which is around the same time Hillary spoke in NY.

And it's two hours after the polls have closed here and results are just coming in?

Giving a victory speech (or even a concession one) just to fit nicely into Eastern Daylight Time is rather presumptuous, IMHO. Time Zones Matter!

(ok, I'm being silly. But as a West Coaster I sometimes get tired of everything being based on East Coast time because that's where the new networks are.)
