Staying in the race does not make Bernie Sanders a sore loser...

... this isn't a sporting event. Bernie Sanders should stay in until the convention because he believes in his agenda. He should take every opportunity he can to give that agenda high visibility, regardless of simple-minded perceptions of his motives. It's a pretty close race and he and his supporters deserve and should demand a hearing. If Hillary Clinton had an agenda that she strongly believed in, she also should have stayed in the race against Obama, but I don't think that was the case. Hillary Clinton wanted to be president and the agenda was the vehicle, not the end in itself.

Not sure if he will bend to that kind of pressure. Or, maybe Obama will make an offer that Bernie can't refuse, which may be good for Bernie's goals...who knows.

We're not here for his agenda. That's all about his ego. We're here to win the presidency and keep it in Democratic hands.

If anyone wonders why people think Bernie is an egomaniac, it's the points in your post.

we're here for the betterment of the people? I know the Democratic Party is supposed to be just that.
There seems to be a fair amount of contention and
debate about that. When someone says "we" who are they speaking for?

The only primary left is the "FBI primary" as they call it. He's only there to save the Democratic Party if they lose that one.

it will if nothing else inform the US and the world just how democratic our voting process actually is. Everything is being documented along the way, and we can know where the problems lie in order to reform our system. So history will record who is honest and who is not
