Most of todays votes dont start till 11 pm, not sure why it takes so long.

That the mail in ballots in all of several counties came in with the same 63--37% counts favoring --- Clinton.

I'm guessing they are re-configuring the computers before more such obvious numbers come out?

11. No, you don't understand. With 0% reporting in each county,

thousands had already voted by mail-in. They were the first numbers to come up, and Hillary won all but about 5 small counties (which showed NO mail-ins) and EVERY ONE IF THEM was 63-37. All of them.
