Many, many voters were handed pink, provisional ballots that will not be counted for 21 days.

It was chaos at the polls. A lot of the names of newly registered voters were not on the printed lists at the polls but were shown as registered on-line.

Many of the voters were given provisional ballots.

Voters were were registered as decline-to-state-party-preference were being pushed into accepting pink, provisional ballots.

And since many of these voters being given provisional ballots were Bernie voters, the results could change in about 21 days. I don't know how numerically significant it will be, but the "final" tallies today will not be final.
