The Clinton campaign is high organized and very structured and working smoothly.

The Sanders campaign was run on a completely different model. They will be of little value. Plus they are often problematic...not loyal, not willing to fit in because it feels like a demotion, inclined to complain, in general they can be troublemakers and talk constantly about "How the BS campaign did it".
