(546 posts)is in the hands of Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Just as Judge Curiel in San Diego delayed the start of the Trump University trial until November 28th so as not to interfere with the election, it is highly unlikely that the Attorney General would permit the issuing of an indictment during election season. The wheels of justice grind very slowly.
Besides, Loretta Lynch wants to remain on the short list for the Supreme Court.

(15,237 posts)He might even be put in the position of providing Hillary a pardon or going ahead with Prosecution. A Trump General Election run promises to be bad enough in that Trump is likely to run on a platform of prosecute Hillary. No indictment, indictment, Pardon or No Pardon 2016 looks to be a new national nightmare we just thought we saw obstruction the last 8 years.

(12,689 posts)He was soundly rejected by the voters and nothing will ever change that. Winning by default when you only got 42% of the popular vote is insanely pathetic, as is hoping for someone to be indicted because your candidate failed.
