The first woman to be the presumptive nominee of a major party is both huge and historic.
It didn't cause Sanders' lost in California. His failure to appeal to POCs did that.

(587 posts)These people (not all BS supporters but a large number of them) are behaving like goons.
And why hasn't Sanders put a stop to it or at least clearly disavowed it? He seems to be a bitter and vindictive person and supports bitterness and vindictiveness in his supporters.
The very idea that AP (or any news outlet) should not report *factual* news because it isn't helpful to BS is just laughable. It's not that they want the news to be impartial. They want the news/media to actually overtly support BS and help him win, at the expense of the populace and at the expense of keeping people informed and doing their job.

Protesting and angry responses are fine, but not threats, if that is what some are doing.

Seriously, when I saw the behaviors of his more ardent followers, I looked back at him more carefully--what is drawing these people so strongly?--and became alarmed at signs of similarities... True, I was already unhappy with "solutions" that could not be implemented and numbers that didn't add up, but his more extreme followers were my first big red flag that he might be bad presidential material.
