Thank-you, Bernie, for allowing every supporter to vote for you, including wash. D.C.

He has volunteers and supporters and donors in every precinct. They want their chance to vote for their champion, just for the sake of having their say.

My daughter voted for Bernie in ca just because she wanted to give a good man her vote. Good for her.

Of course we'll vote for HRC in November, but getting our chance to vote Bernie first feels right, feels good.

He's a real american, patriot, and hero, and he truly believes we should be represented, rather than big business.

Of course he's staying through every vote. We all knew he would. That's our Bernie.

If he dropped out today, there would still be a vote in DC and he would still be on the ballot. nt Dr Hobbitstein Jun 2016 #7

All I'm saying is that the "people deserve to vote, so Bernie is staying in" argument is illogical. Dr Hobbitstein Jun 2016 #13

Bernie's staying has exploited a lot of darkness in politics. I'm glad he stayed.

I am very glad to see that he is going ahead with his rally tomorrow at RFK. It may not impact the outcome but he is a good man for showing DC voters some attention.

He is temporarily inconvenient but he is a role model for all hose who want more the Democratic party currently offers.

The man is honorable to the end, whatever the end may be.

He is not doing this for himself, but for all human beings.

He's lost the race, but hasn't dropped out. And he hasn't done much for campaigning in DC, either.
Staying in helps nobody.

I believe you still do not understand why he even did this in the first place.

In actuality, he has won.

The voters in DC, the last place to vote, is as important as the voters in the first place to vote and deserve the same amount of respect.
By staying in and showing up for his events, he shows that they matter and he cares about their vote.

At the end of the day, if you really be think HRC has it locked him, why do you care one way or the other? From your perspective, it shouldn't matter.

There will be a vote regardless of his actions. Saying otherwise makes no sense.

Him staying in won't change any hearts or minds at this late in the game, and the voters of DC, while their opinion matters, won't make a difference in this election. Also keeping in mind that Bernie did little in the line of campaigning in DC, so it's not like it's a stronghold for him.
