(45,319 posts)is perhaps despicable in and of itself. Even your title 'On June 7th 2008 Hillary Clinton lost' is not correct, 2008 last primaries were on June 3. Hillary endorsed Obama on June 7th. There was an interval of four days between the two events.

(435 posts)and she congratulated him. During her speech to her supporters she spoke graciously about him. All I am saying is that is the way Senator Sanders should have behaved. I believe his male ego makes it hard for him to do so.

(45,319 posts)supporter and I strongly supported Hillary staying in all the way. That's what a candidate should do, every single time. Her remaining in the race really bothered lots of people in 08 but they were wrong. She was right to stay in and to not concede too swiftly.
It's just creepy looking to me when people jump on Bernie day one when she lingered over the announcement for four. I guess she and he do not have the same rules in our eyes, and I can imagine why that is.

(435 posts)I said she congratulated on those particular races. I guess I got the dates wrong, but I meant the last tuesday primaries. For the date problems I opologise.

(45,319 posts)her endorsement of Obama, you claimed she did it same day and then yammered on about why Bernie has not also done that. But she did not. It was four days.
She took four days.

It hurts like hell to lose.

(45,319 posts)So your timeline is totally incorrect. Last elections June 3, endorsed Obama June 7th. That's how it went down. As an Obama supporter I admired her sticking to it and checking all the columns before taking the defeat. I think that's wise politics.
