I've genuinely liked his work as SoS. I did not like him much as a presidential candidate though ("Better than Bush" carried me to the voting booth, at least)

enough-so to vote for her.

That's going to be a short list and not in any way one of candidates appealing to Clintonites.

but jeez louise. Surely there is someone under 60 or so that would be good for VP.

We should think ahead, and forward.

Maybe beyond East Coast baby boomers, even.

She has to go on her own way here.

And no, it will not be a sitting senator (I hope). We need to take back the US Senate this year, although I absolutely dread Schumer as Majority Leader. I prefer Dick Durbin, or -- dare I suggest -- Elizabeth Warren (no hope there -- maybe she gets there next term).

Regardless, we are all going to get it together.

I'd rather him run for Senate in MA again if Warren is the VP.

When Kerry took so much heat for his comments about getting stuck in stupid wars, Hillary was one of the first ones to throw him under the bus. He made a clumsy statement, but Clinton knew damn well what he meant. That in part killed his chances to run in 2008.

There must be bad blood. Back in 2004 Hillary and the like brought in Wesley Clark to run, thinking that Dean and Kerry weren't good enough.

When running against Trump, the last thing we need is a "low-energy" candidate like Gore/Kerry. I'd like Warren or Sanders, personally.

He also voted for the Iraq thing. Isn't that a huge no-no, or is that only Hillary? I think it's only Hillary.
