those are not all Democratic Primary ballots, either. There will be Republican, other parties, and non-partisan ballots mixed in there. Since most of the uncounted ballots were mail-ins, that will also affect the results.

I predict that the percentages for Democratic candidates will not change more than a couple of percent either way, once the pending ballots are all counted.

That's how it usually goes, anyhow.

...(256k) of the provisionals are from LA county. And another 63k from Orange.

Reading the names of these CA counties makes me miss living there all over again. I lived in Orange, LA, Tulare counties and went to Venture and San Luis Obispo a lot.

Kansas sucks; I don't know how I got stuck here.
