California Primary Votes Continue to Be Counted - No Significant Changes

http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/president/party/democratic/

As of yesterday (Wednesday) night, Hillary Clinton still has a strong lead, with 54.9% of the vote, and Bernie Sanders tallies 44.1%. The counting still continues of late-arriving mail-in and provisional ballots. Updates are posted at the link above as counties report them. If you're interested in following this counting, visit the link daily for fresh numbers.

So far, they've held steady as the counting continues. But, it's interesting to see the process, I think.

It was a swing state that the Sanders campaign was really talking up. It was also a big win considering all the "she can only win Southern states" garbage was flying about.

I'm supporting her. People are interested in the results from California. So, I'm helping them find those results as the counting continues.

This is about our candidate in the general election.

MineralMan isn't campaigning or advocating for one or other candidate, just providing some status information and a link to the official source for that. It is hardly his fault that the information doesn't suit you.

Tarc just declared that the primary proves that wealth disparity isn't really an issue.

So I want to know if he thinks Hillary has scrapped it as a concept.

Now, I know she hasn't. I don't know if i believe her, but I know she has stated she plans to address the issue.

So I'm trying to see if Tarc is remotely aware of the positions of hte candidate he professes support for, since he just stated something that doesn't actually mesh with those positions.

It requires a little thought, but it's not terribly complicated.

That's one of the more ridiculous things I recall from the Occupy movement, all the Mac logos in their over-priced slave-labor glory, being haplessly tapped on by their psuedo-hippie owners.

Tend to the beam in your own eye first.

The genetic fallacy (also known as the fallacy of origins or fallacy of virtue) is a fallacy of irrelevance where a conclusion is suggested based solely on someone's or something's history, origin, or source rather than its current meaning or context.

"You're wrong because you use an iPhone!" is the core of BobbyDrake's argument, and it is a fine example of a genetic fallacy.

Most of these are between second place holders. It looks like California will have more than one General Election contest where both candidates will be Democrats.
