Trump (almost) launches LyingCrookedHillary.com

By Emily Flitter June 21, 2016

Tuesday was a busy day for Donald Trump, but in the midst of the sound and the fury his campaign offered the world a refreshing taste of nothingness when it sent out a press release announcing the launch of a new, Clinton-bashing website that linked to…a blank web page.

A day after firing his campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, the Republican presidential candidate met with Evangelical leaders in New York, live-tweeted a speech by his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton and announced new staff hires.

His campaign sent out a flurry of press releases – a dozen had landed by 7 pm ET – including one unveiling the new site devoted to attacking Clinton.

But reporters who clicked on the link to LyingCrookedHillary.com got nothing but a blank page.

He sure knows how to be an asshole. Just what every country needs, an Asshole-in-Chief. People won't buy it even with a brand name on it.
