Bernie Sanders reportedly giving speech in NYC tomorrow (Original Post) brooklynite Jun 2016 OP
Maybe it will be his long overdue concession speech. I guess we'll have to wait and see. NurseJackie Jun 2016 #1

He'll be awesome on the campaign trail for Hillary and other democrats.

Either he is conceding or it's just another ploy to get his campaign some attention from the media. If that's the case what's the over/under on when the news channels dump out of the speech like last time? 5 minutes? 10? Sadly for Sanders, almost everyone else has moved on to Trump the Clown. He's got some serious power behind him if he starts using it correctly but at this rate it's just draining away with each passing day as he gets more and more forgotten about. I really don't understand his strategy at this point. Maybe this speech will clarify some stuff.

I really don't see the point of him leaving Washington for a speech if it isn't something big. Not to mention, these things cost to set up, run, and staff while live streams, like his last, are much cheaper to put on.

endorsing Hillary. Today, he said that he wouldn't be the nominee in an interview. Tomorrow, he may actually concede. Who can say?

He's moving in the right direction. I say, give him whatever time he needs to do it his way. He'll come around soon, I'm certain.

@DannyEFreeman and I hearing this is NOT a concession speech. More likely expansion/reiteration of post-camp goals

If he keeps giving the same speech, the media are going to stop covering it, and the rest of us will stop listening, if we haven't already. We don't have time for his self-serving gripes (claiming that democracy needs to open up primaries, but not get rid of caucuses is self-serving.) We have a GE to win, from state legislatures up to the White House.

A good way to contribute to the liberal cause. You can bet the Republicans doing same with Clinton. We progressives want to be part of the conversation all the way to the ge. He's a good leader.
