On this morning's MTP, Paul Manafort said the Trump campaign is now on the ground in 16 states
that he calls battlegrounds. For the rest of the states, he says the campaign is now "fully integrated" with the RNC.
In other words, they ain't got shit and they're hoping the RNC carries their costs.
On a more personal level, this Manafort seems a perfect guy tow rock for Trump. He seems oily and arrogant, he sounds like a thug, and dresses and is coiffed like a Mafia Don from the 70s or 80s.
