Prediction: The FBI wraps up investigation of Hillary's email server this week.

Although Comey has said he has no deadlines and he wont rush anything.. but I suspect he wants to get this thing off his plate now. The Orlando shooting is taking alot of the focus and attention lately and the Hillary email "scandal" pales in comparison. Also, I think he probably wants to wrap this up before July 4 as many who are working on this case are likely to begin taking vacations starting end of this week. Also, I doubt he wants this thing to linger past the conventions... it will be seen as inappropriate and unfair and possible politically motivated if he lets this go past the conventions. For sure no one will accuse him of rushing anything considering how long this has gone on.

Disclaimer: This is just my opinion.

That shouldn't take convincing, it should be obvious that as long as we all follow the rules and aren't overly snarky, we're all entitled to our own opinions. You're entitled to disagree, of course, but MY opinion is the level of discourse isn't much improved by snark because someone just made sure to explain that their opinion was simply that and not insider knowledge.

Of course, you're free to take this, opinion, too, as you will. "Nine words the Internet Rede attest: Read it all, believe what fits, leave the rest."

... that be a path for discussion vs someone at least admitting they weren't claiming insider knowledge.

Of course, my suggestion is quite easily disregarded and means little beyond my personal hopes that we can all get past the instinctual "reading a post to see what's incorrect in it" that was often our primary mindset, and instead engage in constructive dialogue and criticism.

It *is* hard to get out of an adversarial mentality, but it's crunch time now and we are going to need every bit of our strength together to defeat the tangerine troll.

This a political discussion board to voice opinions and debate. Do you have any or just silly snarky comments?

BTW, I really dont care if you are "convinced" or not of anything.

This isn't complicated.

Responding to a question from Rep. Steve Chabot, Ohio Republican, Mr. Comey said during a House Judiciary Committee hearing that he’s overseeing aspects of the federal probe.

I can assure you is that I am very close personally to that investigation to ensure that we have the resources we need, including people and technology, and that it’s done the way the FBI tries to do all of it’s work: independently, competently and promptly. That’s our goal, and I’m confident that it’s being done that way, but I can’t give you any more details beyond that,” Mr. Comey testified.

This case will be quietly dropped with little fanfare.
This is in the hands of the DOJ which is controlled by Obama. There is no way Obama would have endorsed Hillary without a rock solid guarantee that no charges would be coming.
Hillary was protected all along by the President, she was never in any danger of being charged.

It's also quite possible the FBI has everything they need to make their report and recommendation and may not need to interview her at all.

Now that she is the presumptive nominee I really hope those of you have been saying there's nothing there are right.
