(98,883 posts)Looking at the official California SOS site it reports the same numbers. The date given was June 23, 2016, 10:20 A.M.
http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/president/party/democratic/county/san-francisco/
The problem is that it indicates the following:
100.0% ( 597 of 597 ) precincts partially
which implies counting may still be occurring.
When the official SOS site says it is final that will be it.
The last counts of the total state counts were reported at June 27, 2016 at 9:21 P.M.
With Hillary and 53.8% and Sanders at 45.3%

(11,450 posts)to step on it that will be the main part of the Bay Area done. And LA county is plugging away at those provisionals at a steady rate - looks like the state overall is down to about half a million left to process.
This web page fascinates me. There are some counties that have been updating regularly, while others don't seem to have made much progress since June 10. I feel like saying to those who haven't submitted an update since the 10th: Sonoma and Humboldt- put down the wine/joint and get back to work. Tuolomne and Lassen - you can't use the excuse that there's snow on the passes this time of year. Mendocino - if Modoc, Shasta, and Sierra can all finish in a timely manner, what's holding you up? And Alpine - are you ever going to open those last 17 mail-in ballots? You have fewer than a thousand voters in the entire county - what are you guys doing up there?
