Sunday’s pride march in New York City—a celebration of LGBT rights, self-expression, and love—was the largest in its 46 year history.

And this year it took on a special significance: Sunday’s parade marked the anniversary of the groundbreaking Supreme Court ruling Obergefell v. Hodges, which made marriage equality legal nationwide. But as we celebrated the hard-fought progress we’ve made toward LGBT equality, we also mourned the horrific shooting in Orlando, and all the lives lost to bigotry and violence.

Team Hillary staffers, supporters, and volunteers were among the thousands at Sunday’s parade—and were proud to march in solidarity and in celebration of equality.

6. The Clintons changed the national tone on HIV AIDS in the 90's

I think bill was the first to honor world AIDS day and gave a great speech.
They fought on behalf of us, and even though they lost some of the battles, they elevated lgbt issues. This is why there is strong support for them among the lgbt population.

Also Hillary had been marching since 2000 , before gay became cool
