California "conspiracy theories" can end now

California's election page now reports that there are less than one hundred and fifty seven thousand votes left to be counted, a number smaller than the margin between the two Democratic candidates. Thus, one can safely say that the California Democratic primary is over, inasmuch as if every single vote comes in for the underdog, the underdog still loses.

It's being lost in all the hubbub about the FBI and the now-not-gonna-happen indictment, but still. Considering how I've been hearing about how California is going to flip, I thought this seems significant.
