Which fictional character is Donald Trump most like?
I'm immediately thinking of Fagan, but there are so many to choose from, and you all are probably very well-read. And I bet you watch cartoons, too.

(6,444 posts)I cringe looking at him. Visceral. Ugh!
edit: He used this same smile when Palin endorsed him, and instead of looking at her while she was speaking, I looked at him in horror pretty much. Plus he seemed to be rocking & swaying his body, so the effect was complete.

(508 posts)My cousin Mike, who worked on the railroads, and who's judgment is very sound, in my opinion, is certain that the American people will never elect Trump. Myself, I am a bit less sanguine. I lean toward H.L. Mencken's quote, "Nobody ever went broke underestimating the taste of the American public."
I plan to immerse myself in rerun's of Green Acres until November.

I can understand why an event like the RNC convention would cause one to want to post a lot, given what an easy target they are!
