If you want her to dress like someone on the "Young and the Restless" just follow the Trump family.
Remember, they also make fun of Michelle's clothes too. I think she could use a sharper hairdo but I'm ok with whatever she wants to do.

they are not flattering. I support her wholeheartedly but her clothes detract from her message.

I do not care if people agree with me. I do not want idiots to have more reasons to criticize her publicly for her clothes.

and complain. it doesn't matter--the pukes, especially, will always find something to complain about.

Maybe you are like me. By most people's standards, I am clothes obsessed and have since childhood. Clothes and fashion are important to me, and I can't help judging and noticing others' clothes. It's just the way I'm wired. Of course I usually don't say anything unless it's positive. So that being said, Hillary's clothes are practical. She is active and working, sometimes outdoors in the heat of the summer. She is on her feet for hours, and her schedule is punishing. So let's cut her some slack.

She gets criticized for spending "too much" on them too, you know....even though no one asks how much the Donald spends on his London bespoke suits, do they? Never mind the price of that ridiculous cotton candy thing on his head that he so proudly begs people to tug, and passes off as hair.

People who have someone's back don't stab them in it by criticizing them over stupid stuff. You are getting push back in this thread because you said something mean about our nominee, and most people responding to you, in case you have not noticed, do NOT agree with you.

I suggest you quit while you're behind. Couching a slam in the guise of concern is not going over very well at all.

I like Clinton's tunics and trousers. They're very 21st Century to my eye. They are practical and convey POWER--which is why they work on her.

And I have to say, I dislike this constant attention to women's clothing, hair, etc. on the political hustings. The men don't get the same attention, and when their fashion flops do get mentioned, the level of butthurtedness (DON'T say that about (fill in name of favored candidate--you wouldn't say that if he were a WOMAN) is completely over the top.

Who gives a shit what they are wearing? Are the garments clean and pressed? Is the candidate clean, no odd smells, hair combed, teeth brushed?

If I wanted a beauty contest I'd go to Atlantic City. We're electing a leader, not a Primper-In-Chief.

It's in the TOS.

We don't care what the GOP think. Do you honestly believe that they'd change their minds about her if she changed her hair or wardrobe?

Let's get real, now.

Her supporters understand that shitting on her for her choice of very nice clothing is not something that a fan does. Particularly in the general election season.

Your 'concern' though is noted.

when it comes to fashion. I'm almost 60. No more high heels, no more stockings pretty much means no more skirts for me. I can totally see why she sticks to pantsuits. If she wore skirts people would be critiquing her legs. Excuse me me but FUCK THAT SHIT!

but I like the open jacket with a different color top underneath better than the all one color outfits. Also, some folks with larger hips do well with a shorter jacket that's fitted at the waist over black trousers.

involved in this criticism?

Why is it OK for your husband to wear ragged, stained shirts to Home Depot, but he still feels comfortable criticizing the Dem nominee for president for wearing unstained, not ragged professional clothes?

The literature is full of evidence that some people feel free to criticize women when they do not criticize men for the same (or worse) behavior.

What are your sartorial concerns about male politicians and their "body issues"? The ones you cite in your 2nd sentence are not at all parallel to commenting on clothing taste.

Trump's extremely mockable appearance is entirely created by him. And that's about the only reason I'd mock him for it, because he deliberately created it to stand out.

But I notice you're repeating your husband's impressions. Whether they are yours too I'm not sure of, but men judging women in power for their appearance isn't new.
