She worked with Sheldon Adelson to kill medical marijuana reform in Florida. How is that defensible?

Holding someone accountable is a good thing, but it doesn't magically erase the fact that something wrong happened that shouldn't have. Clear repercussions for wrong behavior is a critical first step to getting it right, but just finding a scapegoat to blame doesn't assure that the same type thing won't happen again. The story shouldn't be over because the DNC should be doing a little soul searching right about now. Having said that, Bernie doesn't want this to derail the Democratic Convention and neither do I.

Resign now. GO! Any article that quotes an offending email should refer to an "ex employee" rather than a current employee. If someone has violated their obligation to remain neutral, he/she should not evade his/her obligation to quit now. Get this problem solved (as best it can be solved) now.

She has her mind made up.

This is still not good enough. If Hillary wants this issue gone, DWS has to resign NOW, not what until the convention is over. That only keeps the story alive. To our detriment and to our candidate's. I guess her legendary stubbornness and arrogance won't let her do the right thing.

I'm glad to see her go, but I am pissed off about the timing. The Russians, via Wikileaks, are manipulating our political process.

But glad this wasn't protracted. Get this out and the story will die out as the convention ramps up.

Waiting till the end of the convention for DWS to go is just prolonging the story in a week the news should be 100% pro-Democrats and 100% pro-HRC. DWS needs to go today. Before the convention. By tomorrow every Democratic surrogate can treat it like "old news, next question". And hopefully the news media can start putting together the dots between a state sponsored Russian hacker and high level Trump campaign staffers (Manafort et al) with ties to Russia.
