I get tired of the yakking on network. They are so blatantly trying to goose ratings sometimes, I feel insulted.

Try going over to PBS. See what you think. Their commentators are excellent overall and don't speak over the speeches. Well, a little during some of the intro's. The furthest right they go is David Brooks and I have a feeling he is struggling with the possibility of voting for Clinton.

... they came on because I like their commentators. DESPITE Shields and Brooks troglodyte opinions about "likeability." Search for LAS14 and see my post about my e-mail to Mark Shields.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Shields as I was a nightly viewer of the News Hour when it was hosted by Lehrer. Five nights a week for about a decade.

Don't get me started on Ifill.

My blood pressure went back to normal yesterday after I quit watching CNN and MSNBC.
