Perhaps he thinks "Hey, I'm a tool, and obviously so are they, maybe we belong together." The country deserves better than either of them, which is why the vast majority of Bernie supporters will never behave that way. The vast majority understand Bernie is right when he states that the only way the progress of the past 8 years and his agenda continues is by voting for HRC and Dems up and down the ticket.
