I'm hoping that Obama is able to replace one of the conservatives on the SC with someone who has a more rational view of the Constitution. Then maybe they'll take another shot at the idea of corporations (and unions) being able to spend as much as they want to support candidates in the guise of "free speech".

I hope that someone is watching those "industrialist pillars of the country's economy" who threatened to shutter their factories and lay off their workers if Obama won.
