1. No. I think Florida law requires a recount if the difference is less than 1% (or 1.5%?)

Although my guess is Obama will eke out a victory there.

3. It's 0.5% for recount but Romney can waive that since he lost regardless. Will be called today.

State would comply since it's costly to do a recount.

Obama will take state and it probably gets called this afternoon or tonight once all absentee ballots are counted.
