84. I watched the hug with my 89 year old father this morning. (He watched

most of President Obama's speech last night but fell asleep right at the end...not because it was boring but because, ya know, he is almost 90 and it was way past his bedtime!) Anyway, he got tears in his eyes watching it. Then we changed channels and it was replaying on another channel...and he teared up again. (Like Daughter, Like Father) My mom, who is also a good Democrat, but not quite as much of a political junkie, loves Obama and always is concerned that he is so thin. Maybe she is worried that the Republicans are stealing his food!! Last week during the GOP convention, my mother was upset because there were so many people there. Today I said "Do you see all the Democrats there? Feel better now?!" Of course, they are both absolutely horrified by Trump and cannot believe that people are actually going to vote for him. One more good one: Last week the rock group Queen put out a statement that they didn't want Trump using their song "We are the Champions". It came across the bottom of the screen on CNN "Queen angry with Trump using song." I had to explain to them that the Queen of England wasn't upset about the music Trump was using.
