Something I'm missing about Anonymous.

I'm not big on them as they are a criminal organization and clearly anti-Clinton/pro-Trump. They repeatedly attack Clinton while Trump gets a free pass.

I have seen many times where their criminal efforts have had an enormous positive impact. I don't negate their body of work in totality. But they appear to be in the bag for Trump. I truly don't get that aspect.

... there's something very screwed up about this. One would think that groups like Anonymous would be on the side of women's rights, civil rights, LGBTQ rights, etc., and one would also think there would be some minority and women hackers who are part of those groups. One possibility is that the Democrats aren't as paranoid as the Republicans, so they're easier to hack. Another possibility is that we will see more of a balance over the next few months. But, if Assange really is a rapist, we shouldn't be surprised that he would would to harm Hillary more than he would want to harm a testosterone caricature like Trump.

2. Anon has always been in the tank for Snowden and Julian

Both men are in the tank for Trump so it stands to reason their hackers would also be in the tank for Trump.

"Anonymous" is a very very loose knit group of hackers and hacktivists who sometimes work together and sometimes not. They aren't really an official group I don't think. Hackers and script kiddies claim to be part of the group and sometimes someone makes a video claiming to be the voice of Anon, but who knows if the person is really part of the group.

They sometimes encourage silly memes or sometimes very cruel tricks via 4chan but I think there are probably other ways some of the more leet / 1337/ l33t members communicate, maybe via the darker areas of the intertubes.

Once in a while, an Anon hacker or two gets arrested, but you notice Anon is still there somehow.

Some claim they were involved in preventing Ohio from being stolen by Romney in 2012.

I really don't know why they would favor pure evil. Maybe some of them do. Maybe some don't. I would think they would see a dictator would be more able to attack them completely, as well as threaten the survival of humanity. Or maybe they are afraid of how effective Clinton would be? Or maybe they've truly bought the decades of lies against the Clintons. It's really confusing.

But, luckily, they often seem to fail in their plans too.

Oh well.

EDIT - Oh, yeah, then there is sexism. I guess that's part of it for the male members.

There are some that seem to team together on occasion. But really you can add anyone in there as far as the public is concerned. It is a way to kind of fade in to the group. You have different reasons and things some will do since it is loose knit. The NSA and other groups may have code names for some of the individuals and sometimes you may hear that. Even "baby" hackers will go by the anon name. So that can confuse the public reports. The nsa and other groups will know the difference.

Because if not, they will have lost whatever credibility they had left.

6. I truly don't negate some of the priceless good they have done.

Not the biggest fan but I do look at their whole body of work. They have often held the unaccountable, accountable. I don't even dismiss some of that aspect when it comes to Clinton. It just seems at this point they have taken a position in this election. In no way do I expect them to back off Clinton. That would go against who they are. I do/would expect to see more about Trump.

If I might promote an op of mine to you, please watch the video at the link here. I believe it is something you will truly enjoy watching. It is not a long video.
