During an interview with Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday," Hillary Clinton defended her use of email as secretary of state, which has come under renewed scrutiny now that the FBI did not recommend charges against Clinton.
"I made a mistake not using two different email addresses," she said on Fox News. "It is certainly not anything that I ever would do again." Wallace noted that before the FBI released its findings, Clinton said that she did not send or receive classified information over her email. The Fox host told Clinton that FBI Director James Comey said that "none of those things that you told the American public were true."
"Thats not what I heard Director Comey say," Clinton responded. "Director Comey said that my answers were truthful and what Ive said is consistent with what I have told the American people: that there were decisions discussed and made to classify retroactively certain of the emails."
Wallace then noted that some of the emails found by the FBI contained markings for classified information. Clinton said that some staffers who sent her emails "made the wrong call" in including certain information.

(54 posts)Some of this goes to the trust issue and going out there proves that she has nothing to hide. I think she did well.

(161 posts)and it wasn't good. He showed video clips of her past statements and said she lied again to the America ppl via the interview with Chris Wallace @ Fox News. Sam Stein tried to clarify that the 3 classified emails with 2 of them now debunked, but Joe kept talking over him. Other than that, he did say she had a good interview. Missed the part where Robbie Mook was on. Did anyone hear his comments? Pls share. Thanks!
