I'm really thinking Trump will weasel out of debating Hillary!

What will be his excuse?

NFL game? No reason to debate?

I just can't imagine the know nothing wanting to go against her.

He has no choice in the matter.

There were no presidential debates in 1960, 1964, 1968, 1972, and only one in 1976. Pappy Bush tried to get out of them in 92.

That was 40 years ago. This is the age of 24/7 media coverage.

No freaking way can he not debate. He would be called out by all sides.

"thank you. Here's my talking point on whatever subject I want", second candidate "thank you, they are bad, here's my talking point".

However, it would be very interesting to watch Hillary maintain her cool and Trump spittle rant his way to madness.

when the sunday debate is the same night as the third game of the American Leagues Divisional playoff? Seems that would garner more attention than an early season football game.
