Sooooo....

....the walking, small fuckstick gave a speech, if by speech you mean a group of disjointed words spewed from his ~~asshole~~ mouth, on the economy.

And from what I see it produced nothing more than a collective yawn from the electorate. Nice try, you fucking brown splat.
