I worried about how Pence would be viewed if Trump did leave the ticket (which I don't think would ever happen).
Pence would look so reasonable and intelligent, like a speaker that follows Sarah Palin on stage.

I'm guessing Pence would be the default sacrifice at the alter of "Republican PROTUS Nominee 2016"

... Trump makes him seem more palatable in comparison.

I hate Pence's social conservative crap, but he wouldn't worry me as much with the nuclear codes.
