If he runs off at the mouth, will we have to re-write the rules for that too, or will people with no sense of humor yank his ass off the street? They did say it's not the most secret, so it will be a good test for loudmouth.

) and then have the NSA, CIA, etc. monitor things to see if that nugget ends up somewhere it shouldn't.
