https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Downfall_(2004_film). The subtitles aren't even close to the actual dialogue but these scenes have been dubbed over and over to greatly entertaining effect. If you search Youtube you'll find lots of "Downfall" parodies. It's actually quite a good movie.
