Obama to Grover Norquist.....Fuck You! Stronger Message to Follow!

President has been given a mandate to implement what he campaigned on...namely that the wealthy, like him and Romney and Trump should pay more in taxes, that it is unfair to tax the middle class and cut services for the needy just to give the wealthy more in tax breaks, and that the deficit reduction plan must be fair and balanced. Now he has to perform. And one way to do that is to start calling out the GOP right now for their traitorous pledge to Grover Norquist.

FYI: The Sequestration law now in effect unless a new plan is implemented in the next six weeks, calls for the following:

"Without action by Congress, the tax cuts enacted during the George W. Bush administration will end on December 31 sending the top marginal rate to 39.6%. This will hurt the middle class.

That shocker might be just the tip of the cliff:

• A rollback of the "income triggers" for alternative minimum tax (AMT) to their 2000 levels.
• An increase in maximum capital gains taxes to 20% from their current 15%. Dividends, now taxed at a maximum 15%, would be taxed at ordinary income rates.
• Cuts of $110 billion a year in federal spending, split between defense and discretionary spending, usually social welfare programs.
• Expiration of the 2 percentage point reduction in payroll taxes.

Aside from the economic shock of higher taxes and lower government spending, the IRS might have to delay tax refunds, says Eric Solomon, former assistant director of tax policy at the U.S. Treasury and current co-director of the national tax department at Ernst & Young. That's because a host of tax issues, largest of which is the AMT fix, affect the 2012 tax year.

The people who will resolve the fiscal cliff issues will be the same people who held office before Tuesday's elections -- in other words, President Obama and a lame-duck Congress. Obama wants the Bush tax cuts to expire for high-income taxpayers.

"The President could say, 'No deal," and let everything expire, or find a way to reach a compromise that allows an extension under certain conditions."

"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

In preparation for the discussions with Boehner, Cantor and the remaining GOP Tbaggers, Obama should set the playing field and lay down his marker.

Obama should call the GOP out in the media demanding that before there is any discussion on expenses cuts, every GOP member who signed the No Tax Pledge to Grover Norquist, tear it up and make a public statement that they are in Congress to serve the citizens of their district, their state and their country and their priority in pledges is to the one they took to uphold the US Constitution. Name names, keep the light on them, get the media to support this.

And tell the GOP that Obama and every Democrat will not enter a room with any GOP member who has not repudiated their pledge to Norquist.

I, _____, pledge to the taxpayers of the (____
district of the) state of ______ and to the American
people that I will: ONE, oppose any and all efforts
to increase the marginal income tax rate for
individuals and business; and TWO, oppose any
