I teared up at that one!!! Its nice to see this side of him because he's so cerebral and often been accused of not showing much of that sensitive emotion, but wow thats just so amazing and touching to see. Thank you so much for sharing that.

On the other side, Romney's campaign staff's credit cards were immediately canceld Tues night so they had to pay for their own flights home. *that* is a very visible difference between these two men.

Where did you hear/read that?

It sounds typically Romney, but I have a hard time believing his advisers would OK that action.

If so, that bastard will never again run for anything. No one would work for him.

Both during the campaign and after.

What a complete as$.

When I first read this, I was giving him the benefit of the doubt that this action may be something that all campaigns do—so they don't get charged huge sums of money by the ex-workers. But the article doesn't mention that, instead it goes deeper to explain what a bastard he is.

People, you don't know how lucky we are this guy lost. Whew!

Rock on, Obama!!!!!

Granted the Kaine party was at the Richmond Marriott not some (and mean this affectionately) dinging scrappy campaign office like that. My wife and I were with the hired pros of the Kaine Richmond office who honestly treated us like one of the staff. My wife had her own password into their system. We spent hours and hours with these "kids" from California, Nebraska, Maryland, etc.

GOD WHAT A NIGHT!!!

I'll be sorry to see him go in 2017. They say that Clinton was the only president affected by the presidential term limit but maybe Obama will be counted along with him.

after trying to dig this country out of one of the worst holes it's ever been in, I don't think anyone is exaggerating when they describe what those people did as the greatest campaign in US history. They beat one gigantic nasty experienced organization pretty badly.

And that video helps to shine some light on why: a great leader surrounded by great people.
