Donald Trump's campaign manager Kellyanne Conway coughed during an interview on CBS this morning.
Obviously a cough is a sign of a debilitating illness, based upon the right wing observations of Hillary Clinton.

She said he does.

When asked what it is, she said (smiling brightly) he's not telling.
