19% hispanics. It's usually pretty hard to poll hispanics, especially in a state where a large percentage speak spanish much better than english.

Pew puts the hispanic pop at 28% in NV, but it isn't clear how many of those can vote.

Keeping fingers crossed. Yeah, I know that is religiously based (I'm a non practicing atheist), but I like the term.
