By blaming Hillary, he might sound ridiculous, but he is probably banking on dredging up some of the wounds some black voters, especially African Americans, felt during the 2008 primaries to dampen their support for her. I am not AA but I felt it for a few minutes, until I realized that's exactly what he wants.
