... they wanted to get both her and him framed in the same shot, which meant -- thru the magic of telephoto lenses -- he was often looming behind her in the frame. If he'd just sat down every time he wasn't talking, that wouldn't have happened. But I kinda think he was nervous and opted to pace in order to remain casual-looking. Often he ended up staying put after answering a question (using that phrase loosely, I know!), and then ended up in Hillary's personal space as she walked over to answer the question from pretty much the same spot.

I don't think he knows how to share a stage with someone.
