he is just all over the place... no control... spouts nonsense... lies constantly to evade blame.

Lester told Trump as a matter of fact, that he ( Trump) continued to bring up the birther issue in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 after President Obama provided the proof in 2011.

Trump is either lying or he has a multiple personality disorder, to say the least.
