Anyone else notice the switch in the last half hour or so of the debate?

For most of the debate, Trump referred to his opponent as "Secretary Clinton."

Toward the end, it was "Hillary."

2. Yes, he could not do it any more..

He was probably told by his campaign to refer to her that way so as to not come off as condescending, but towards the end when he got tired and angry, he said "the hell with it" and moved to "Hillary". Hillary called him Donald through out.

He finally remembered his coach's instruction to address her in the same manner she addressed him.
