. . . Probably a plastic surgery addict. There are a lot of them apparently. Michael Jackson is the most famous but apparently it's fairly common. It seems likely, as vain as Trump is, and given that he has no natural aversion to plastic surgery since we know he had scalp reduction surgery (according to his first wife's reported description, during the divorce, of the alleged rape, it was right after he'd had his scalp reduction surgery, and one of his brutal behaviors was to tear out some of her hair -- that's what the article reported she had said anyway). So, yeah, botched plastic surgery, or after-effects of deteriorating implants; that sort of thing seems likely enough.
