Does anyone know what's behind this Florida story?

I thought Clinton was doing fine with the black community. Is there a personal thing going on behind this story?

Polls show most blacks who vote in this election will vote for HRC.

The question is whether their turn out will be nearly as good as for Obama.

... that there's a serious turnout worry in Fl, or do we have staff in-fighting here? I actually hope not the latter, because a good staff can get on the job.
