The Trump Organization, in general, requires NDA's and non-disparagement clauses. The contract would itself likely be confidential (and, yes, you can sue on a confidential contract and keep the contract itself sealed).

If I have you sign a contract with me that says "You agree not to say anything bad about anything that happened during the term of this contract" (and have a survival clause for that clause), then it doesn't matter what I say about you in public thereafter.
