I agree...Sleep is so important to mental state. I'm sure it's a big reason he has problems with impulse control and concentration.

I don't think it has anything to do with making you more racist and sexist, though...

He would be up all hours of the night making phone calls, leaving voice mails, and sending erratic messages. He was probably only sleeping an hour or two at a time. He was doing cocaine and thought he was invincible. It was very scary, as he was stalking a family member.
